Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere, Anybody can say: “Did we need another version of Behind Blue eyes, Baba O’Riley or Won’t get fooled again?” Sure there is too many versions of these all time’s hits and not enough of the other great tunes from the legendary Pete Townshend. On that version Pete is singing at Sadler’s Wells February 25 or 26, 2000. If you have to see and feel that masterpiece for the first time, again or one more time this is THE ONE. Some Highlights: -The rauque voice of PT -Jody -Guitar solo of Palmer -Right in tune vocals -Harmonica solo of Peter including an inter… with Pete -Scratch on bass guitar -Great Acoutic guitar. -The London Chamber orchestra, incl. Liam Bates (cond.), Gaby Lester(v), Victoria Wood(o), enjoying the show John “Rabbit” Bundrick (k), Peter Hope-Evans (h), Jody Linscott (p), Chucho Merchan (b), Phil Palmer (g), Billy Nicholls, Chyna, Cleveland Watkiss (v). Here is a demonstration of the professionalism of Pete and Rabbit, just after the keyboard interlude he broke a string (!!!) on is number one J-200, amazingly he switch to the number two in seconds and we were astound. Pete is also a great strings tester! Sorry for the cut & paste break at 4:44
